Together, the CTC's Annual Report and Corporate Plan form the centrepiece of the accountability regime adopted by Parliament for federal Crown corporations. The CTC's Annual Report provides an overview of performance indicators from objectives established in the previous year's Corporate Plan Summary. The CTC's Corporate Plan Summary, also produced annually, provides a five-year strategic overview of our direction with respect to our objectives and initiatives.
The CTC's Global Marketing & Sales Plan, published annually, outlines the organization's strategy to achieve our goal of growing tourism export revenues for Canada through our marketing and sales activities. The document breaks down each of our key markets into situation analysis, strategic considerations and opportunities, risks, execution, partnership opportunities and highlights for the upcoming year.
These documents provide an overview of the CTC Act, Bylaws, Code of Conduct and other documents that constitute the CTC's corporate governance framework.
The CTC publishes other reports and documents on occasion, including Interim Reports and the organization's Corporate Brochure.
